Rúben Martins Soares (Lagoa, 1990)
Ruben, an ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa graduate (2010-2016), began his professional career in Lisbon. He worked at Rosa Santos Arquitetos (2017-2020), focusing on rehabilitation projects, single and multi-family housing, public tenders, and site supervision with Souto Moura Arquitectos. In 2020, he became a coordinator architect at Luís Soares Construções before founding CASO office in 2021.
Inês de Almeida Cayolla (Matosinhos, 1992) Inês, an architect from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2010-2015), pursued further studies in Planning and Urban Law (2021-2022) at Coimbra University. She began her professional journey in Lisbon, working at Augusto Vasco Costa Arquitectos and Chp Arquitectos from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been conducting urban research at the DINÂMIA-CET Research Center, ISCTE-IUL, and joined the Urbanism Division at Lagoa City Hall in 2020. In 2021, she co-founded the CASO office.
