Rúben Martins Soares (Lagoa, 1990)
Ruben, an ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa graduate (2010-2016), began his professional career in Lisbon. He worked at Rosa Santos Arquitetos (2017-2020), focusing on rehabilitation projects, single and multi-family housing, public tenders, and site supervision with Souto Moura Arquitectos. In 2020, he became a coordinator architect at Luís Soares Construções before founding CASO office in 2021.
Inês de Almeida Cayolla (Matosinhos, 1992) Inês, an architect from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa (2010-2015), pursued further studies in Planning and Urban Law (2021-2022) at Coimbra University. She began her professional journey in Lisbon, working in several offices from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been conducting urban research at the DINÂMIA-CET Research Center, ISCTE-IUL, and joined the Urbanism Division at Lagoa City Hall in 2020. In 2021, she co-founded the CASO office and currently develops projects from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
